1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Eros Center Porto services, the client accepts these terms and conditions in full.
2. Nature of Services
Eros Center Porto provides sensory massage and wellness services. All experiences take place with clear guidelines, mutual respect and professional boundaries.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are made via WhatsApp or phone. For cancellations, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. No-shows may be charged.
4. Payment
Under the spa’s internal policy, payment is made on site before the massage begins. We accept cash, card and Revolut. Prices include all applicable taxes and may change without prior notice.
5. Conduct
The client agrees to treat professionals with respect. The establishment reserves the right to refuse or interrupt any session in case of disrespectful behaviour.
6. Vouchers
Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. They are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from issue date.
7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Porto courts.
