How do I make a booking?+
Contact us via WhatsApp (+351 914 668 021) or phone. We confirm availability, location and therapist within minutes. A full name is not required.
What are your opening hours?+
Duque de Loulé: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–20:00, with last booking at 20:00. Firmeza: Monday to Saturday, 10:30–20:30, with last booking at 20:30. Sunday: Closed.
Where are you located?+
We have two locations in Porto city centre: Duque de Loulé and Firmeza. The exact address is confirmed at booking.
Are my personal details protected?+
Yes. We do not request your full name or store unnecessary personal data. Entry and exit are discreet, and payments are handled confidentially.
How do I pay?+
Under our spa’s internal policy, payment is always made on site before the massage begins. We accept cash, card and Revolut.
Can I choose or meet the therapists on site?+
Yes. Choose from the website profiles or ask reception to introduce the therapists available when you arrive. The team will help you decide discreetly and without pressure.
What is the difference between the locations?+
Duque de Loulé has a more romantic, intimate atmosphere and exclusively offers the Sultan Bath. Firmeza is more spacious and cosmopolitan, blends industrial and classic details, has six private suites and exclusively hosts group events. Both maintain the same standards of quality, comfort and discretion.
What facilities are available in the suites?+
Suites include a private shower, air conditioning, extraction and ventilation, and a call button. Towels and shower products are provided.
What is the difference between Six Hands and the Trilogy?+
In Six Hands, three therapists work simultaneously. In the Eros Center Trilogy, three therapists take turns for 30 minutes each. They are separate experiences and both depend on team availability.
Where are group events held?+
Groups of friends, birthdays and bachelor or bachelorette parties are hosted exclusively at Rua da Firmeza 99, by advance booking.
Do sessions include sexual services?+
No. All experiences take place with clear guidelines, mutual respect and professional boundaries. Eros Center Porto is a sensory massage and wellness space.
What is included and which extras are paid?+
A second manual finish and manual prostate stimulation may be included on request at no extra cost. The dedicated prostate massage is a separate experience. The erotic bath is the only paid extra, subject to availability.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?+
You do not need to shower before arriving. You can shower on our premises in the privacy of your suite. Towels and products are included.
Are couples experiences available at both locations?+
Yes, subject to availability. The Sultan Bath is exclusively available at Duque de Loulé.
